Questions about posh training & awareness
Who needs POSH training?
Every employer covered by the Act should run awareness programmes for employees, and Internal Committee members need specific training on inquiry procedure.
Do you conduct the inquiry itself?
The inquiry is the Internal Committee's responsibility. We train the committee and can guide it on procedure and documentation so the process is fair and compliant.
Is my case kept confidential?
Yes. Your identity, the details you share and our findings are kept private and are released only to you or to whomever you direct in writing.
